INDIVIDUAL SOULGASMIC LIVING SESSIONS are 55 minutes long, and we meet biweekly. These can be remote or in-person.

During individual sessions, you get a chance to tune in to yourself deeply and invite your wellness guide to tune in to you, as well. We look at how all pieces of your life—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, relational—fit together to create your state of wellness. Together, we explore areas that can shift or transform to manifest your highest wellness, joy, and Soulgasmic Living. These areas might include issues you are facing, obstacles you are encountering, places you feel stuck, as well as the root causes creating these issues, to name only a few.
Most importantly, we dive deep into what you and your healthiest and most Soulgasmic Life possible are like. Your guide supports you with science as well as intuitive knowledge about which 2-3 things you can change and how during the two weeks between sessions to allow your fullest, healthiest potential to emerge.
Often, you receive tangible support in the form of healthy and delicious food, self-care tools, books, accompanied trips to wellness stores and other support services, and more. Sessions may also include healing modalities such as sound therapy, energy work (e.g., reiki), somatic therapies, massage, guided meditations, applied shamanic work, and more. We will explore the range of options available to you and create a holistic (yet flexible) plan for your highest potential to emerge.

Often, we need support at home or more focused support around relationship issues to guide us on our wellness journey. Couples sessions address this need.
Couples sessions are intended for those whose lives are so entwined that expressing optimal wellness is best done together. “Couples” can be life partners, good friends, parent-child, or any other relationship that powerfully impacts our wellness or could be supportive of optimal wellness. Both parties will learn how to unfold their highest wellness, joy, and purpose, how to support one another, and how your relationships can be one of the most potent keys to your wellness.
During couples sessions, you get a chance to tune in to yourself and each other deeply, as well as invite your wellness guide to tune in to you both. Together, we explore issues you are facing, obstacles you are encountering, places you feel stuck, relationship dynamics, as well as the root causes creating these issues and dynamics.
