ENERGY WORK

Ultimately, everything is energy, or something even more foundational than energy. We can work in that realm to influence and create the physical dimension. 

Quantum and unified field physics, as well as spiritual traditions, tell us that 99.99999% of what we perceive as solid matter is actually not solid at all—it is the “field” within which “matter” exists. Spiritual traditions convey similar teachings. Even what we might call solid matter is actually in constant motion, existing more as a tendency to exist rather than in fixed form. A better way to describe form, then, is that it is actually energy in constant motion, or something even more foundational than energy (this is the spiritual part). Our brains, then, create a perception of solid matter when none actually exists. 

Right now you might be thinking, “What??!! You mean matter does not really exist? Nothing is really in form? What I am reading on this page does not even really exist? The phone or computer I am using does not exist? The chair and floor do not exist? My body does not exist?” That’s right. At least, those things do not exist the way your brain thinks they do.

So what does this mean for our daily life and our health, wellness, and happiness? 

That is a complicated answer. Very simply, though, this means we can work directly and indirectly with energy to influence and even manifest what we call physical form, our perceived reality, our state of health and wellbeing, elements of our life, and more! What you might perceive to be immutable is actually able to be changed, created.
